Outlit Changelog - October 6-16, 2026

October 16, 2026

New Features

  • History Import Progress - See the first import for a connected source on its integration card and in a tray that follows you across the app. Slow or incomplete imports show a clear status, so you know when customer history is still arriving.

  • Private Activity Stays Private - Calls and calendar events marked private in their source tools are left out of Outlit. Integration cards show when activity was left out and link to the source settings.

  • Customer Coverage - The Coverage tab shows which sources have recent, stale, or no customer activity, when each was last seen, and where context may be incomplete.

  • People Context - See where Outlit found each contact and their latest interaction on the People card, with links to available source records.

Improvements

  • Earlier Renewal Monitoring - Renewals now enter the monitoring schedule 120 days out, giving teams another checkpoint to review risks and next steps.

  • Plans That Keep Approved Work - Approved steps remain in place as renewal briefs change, so an updated plan does not silently replace work your team already approved.

  • Clearer Plans and Briefs - Open action steps to see why they were recommended and the evidence behind them. Renewal briefs now read more like a colleague's summary.

  • Consistent Customer Revenue - See one annualized revenue run rate across the customer list, Attention, and renewal views, with supporting detail when you need to understand the amount.

  • Cleaner Customer Portfolio - Your organization's own records no longer inflate customer lists, account counts, or revenue totals.

  • Richer Customer Context - Emails that identify a customer only through Cc can now appear in their activity. Recent imported emails, personal out-of-office replies, and calendar notes can also inform the customer story.

  • Search During Updates - Customer context remains searchable while connected activity is being updated, without bringing back activity that has been removed or made private.

  • Source-Backed Answers - Ask Outlit groups distinct sources below each answer, making its evidence easier to check without interrupting the conversation.

  • Safer Email Approvals - Outlit flags recipients outside the customer and requires explicit confirmation before sending an approved email to them.

  • Connected Teammates - Personal integration cards show which teammates have connected their own accounts.

SDK Updates

  • Consent-Aware Browser Tracking - The browser SDK now chooses its default tracking behavior by visitor region and waits for opt-in where required. The new default is included in the 4.0 release.

  • More Reliable Tracking - Browser tracking better preserves visitor identity during bursts of events and keeps events sent as Vue components close. Visitor cookies are marked secure on HTTPS pages.

  • Contact Sources in Customer Context Interfaces - The CLI and tools package now include where each person was found and the customer interactions they took part in.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed cases where contacts and activity could be attributed to the wrong customer.

  • Billing status and lifetime revenue now better reflect payments, paused collection, and when paid periods end.

  • Renewal plans better distinguish customer engagement from automatic calendar responses and keep work assigned to teammates still involved with the account.

  • Improved support conversation syncing when messages are edited, moved, or deleted.
