Outlit Changelog - October 17-30, 2026
October 30, 2026
New Features
- Personal Circleback and Pocket Calls - Connect your own Circleback or Pocket account and Outlit imports its call transcripts into each customer's context, so calls you record yourself count toward monitoring, renewals, and evidence.
Improvements
Clearer Renewal Status - When a connected deal is deleted, the renewal page keeps the last known date visible and explains what happens to scheduled reviews. If a brief refresh is delayed, the page shows when it last updated and what happens next in your local time.
Easier-to-Read Product Activity - Usage charts show completed weeks so a partial week does not look like a drop, while activity from the current week remains visible.
Truer Last Activity - A customer's last activity now reflects what people do in your product rather than automated events, so quiet accounts are easier to spot.
Clearer Connection Health - Gmail and Google Calendar integration cards now show Reconnect required when a connection stops updating, so a dead connection no longer looks connected.
SDK Updates
Faster Browser Tracking - Browser tracking starts faster, reducing the chance that activity is missed when a page loads.
Circleback and Pocket Tool Contracts - The Outlit tools package adds integration contracts for Circleback and Pocket, matching the new personal call connections.
Bug Fixes
Renewal deals now stay with the right customer when connected records do not clearly agree on ownership.
A CRM contact whose email address changed no longer interrupts deal syncing for their customer.
Connected customer activity is less likely to be missed when updates arrive at the same time.
Support conversations get more reliable names when participants have no email address on file.
